Residential Groups

Morgan Place has been designed around the concept of Residential Groups.

Each Residential Group has no more than 25 residents. You’re part of an intimate and homey circle of neighbours.

Your Residential Group has its own dedicated care team. You get to know the staff, and the staff gets to know your individual needs.

Each Residential Group is in a self-contained wing. Your group is made up of a suite of bedrooms with a central lounge and activity space. You’ll find a calm and peaceful atmosphere here. It’s great for relaxing and socializing, reading or watching television. Of course, there’s also unrestricted access to outdoor areas for you to enjoy the open air.

Within each Residential Group, and outside every bedroom, each resident has a lockable illuminated showcase to display mementos, photographs and souvenirs.

Bathing at Morgan Place is sophisticated yet simple. Each Residential Group has its own height adjustable bathtubs, and electrically operated lifts. They eliminate the need for climbing in and out of bathtubs. These bathing systems include safety features such as temperature-controlled water inlets and automatic sterilizing systems to reduce infections. All in all, it’s a warm, safe and comfortable experience.
